Goodberry’s Hosts an Iconic Visitor

On August 28th, the Harvest Plaza location of Goodberry’s received a visit from the Stanley Cup. The hardest trophy to win in sports was brought to the courtyard by Chris Huffine, Carolina Hurricanes Video Coach, and his family. Chris is the only North Carolina native with his name on the Stanley Cup and he, his wife Heather, and two boys, have been visiting the Harvest Plaza location for as long as they can remember. As a part of Chris’ Day With The Cup, he requested that they get to eat our frozen custard out of the top of it. Of course, we obliged. Anton and his team at the Harvest Plaza location put together a sundae piled high with mint chocolate chip frozen custard, whipped cream, oreos, chocolate wafer cookies, and cherries for the family to enjoy. We want to thank Chris, Heather, and their sons for allowing us to be a part of their special day.
