Valentine’s Day Contest Winners: According to the published 2003 edition of the International Dairy Foods Association Dairy Facts Book, 1,371,000,000 gallons of ice cream were produced in 2002 in the United States. The IDFA website says “about 1.4 billion” gallons for 2003; however, we were looking for the 2002 (not 2003) figure as published in their more precise printed industry fact book.
